GWEN DEN BREEMS began her architectural lighting career while attending secondary school in Litchfield County. Shadowing Barbara and providing an abundance of support enabled Gwen to learn the profession quickly. Eventually she became so embedded in the company that there was little she couldn’t and wouldn’t tackle.

As an experienced project manager, Gwen works through the design phases with Barbara and the designers to ensure their vision is executed precisely on site. She works closely with all the design professionals, contractors and owners to ensure no detail is missed. Gwen makes sure when she completes a project, every lamp is accurately focused, precisely documented and every owner or engineer knows how to change the correct lamp. She persistently keeps abreast of new and changing technologies and ensures product specifications meet our demanding requirements.

Throughout her career, Gwen has been exposed to a diverse variety of designs and has worked with many of the country’s top architects and interior designers. Gwen has worked on numerous private residential projects across the country as well as a variety of luxury hospitality projects in the United States and Caribbean. Her list of projects include the Four Seasons Hotel Downtown New York, Four Seasons Resort Lanai, Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, Four Seasons Resort Anguilla and Four Seasons Resort Koele as well as many unique private residences.
