RANDY GLICKMAN leads his field as an architectural lighting designer with over 20 years of experience. He holds a BA in Drama from Vassar College and an MFA in Design from the University of California, San Diego.

Originally trained in the theater, Randy brings a dramatic and analytical eye to all lighting design. He began his career in lighting in New York, and particularly enjoys collaborating with interior designers, architects and trades to bring new designs to life. In addition to Randy’s eye for design, he works closely with manufacturers, ensuring involvement in product design and developing technology. His knowledge of complicated control systems is unfathomable.

Randy’s theater work can been seen at the Sydney Opera House, La Jolla Playhouse, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Kirk Douglas Theatre (Los Angeles), Studio Theatre (Washington D.C.) and many New York City venues. Other projects include The Irondale Center for Theatre, Education and Outreach (Brooklyn, NY), Top of the Rock Observation Deck (Rockefeller Center, New York City), Blue Hill at Stone Barns (Westchester, NY), Tom Ford Flagship Store (New York City), and the Paul Smith Store (New York City). Randy’s hospitality work includes Four Seasons Resort Lana’i and Four Seasons Resort Koele (Hawaii), Four Seasons Airport Lounge in Honolulu, Four Seasons Hotel Surf Club (Miami), Four Seasons Resort Anguilla, Ritz Carlton Chicago, Ritz Carlton Central Park (New York City), Nobu restaurants (Indian Wells and Lana’i) and New York Palace Hotel Towers. He has also designed a variety of luxurious residential projects throughout the United States and several Forbes top 500 company headquarters.
